Carl Weaver is a photographer and writer based in Arlington, VA and available for assignment worldwide. He has shot weddings, cultural events, individual portraits, technical subjects and has even traveled as far as Thailand, England and Norway to get images. His artistic vision combines interests in human interaction, nature and journalism.
