Truffles

If you have been paying attention, you know that I have been doing a lot of candy photography in the past many months for the National Confectioners Association. Here is a truffle brought back for me from a chocolate show by a wonderful coworker. It is a Lillie Belle Farms smoked blue cheese truffle with hazelnut bits on the outside. At least I think it was hazelnut. I can’t remember because it got eaten too quickly!

Carl you seriously should have taken “clothed’ “naked” and then “half eaten.” Or did you gobble it right down in one bite like I would have? :)

Dawn, I have a friend who does candy reviews and actually has an autopsy process for slicing into the center of it to show what it looks like. That’s too much trouble for me and really does nothing but taunt the chocolate. I say respect the chocolate by eating it all at once!
