If you have been paying attention, you know that I have been doing a lot of candy photography in the past many months for the National Confectioners Association. Here is a truffle brought back for me from a chocolate show by a wonderful coworker. It is a Lillie Belle Farms smoked blue cheese truffle with hazelnut bits on the outside. At least I think it was hazelnut. I can’t remember because it got eaten too quickly!

This lion was in front of the Art Institute of Chicago. The mid tones in concrete offer great texture against the overcast sky and made this a fun one to turn B&W.
